Shipping Fees

Due to US Custom Policy, Goodleaf is not able to provide shipping to the US at this time. And we are very sorry about this.

Shipping is provided at a flat rate of $15.00 (CAD) within Canada

Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products, we do not ship overseas.

All products are handled and packaged with the utmost care. Each package leaves our warehouse in good, complete condition. If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately, and it will be replaced free of charge (for Canadian customers only).

How do I track my order?

Upon purchase you will receive an email order confirmation with the tracking number and carrier information. Please track all shipments thru the carriers website.

Damaged Deliveries

Goodleaf Shipping Policy

If you receive a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 24 hours by email, and attach photos of the damaged product(s) still in the packaging. We will review the photos, and replace the item(s) at no cost to you. This offer may be used one time only.  

Never Received Your Order? 

First of all, this should NEVER happen. But, if it does please contact customer service at service@goodleaf.com

All product orders excluding apparel are shipped in 2 - 3 days business days of receipt.
